• Collaborated with the Product Manager and R&D team to plan
and discuss the user flow, information architecture, and function map of every new feature based on the specifications.
• Defined user interface guidelines and visual style, working with designers to standardize UI style guides.
• Collaborated with RD and marketing team to design user friendly
UI based on user experiences research.
• Collaborated with the web commerce team to update app store
images and promotional ads, aiming to achieve the best
promotional effect for new features.

We are committed to continuously optimizing the launcher to provide an enhanced user experience. Through an ongoing process of refinement and optimization, our aim is to create a seamless and intuitive interface that allows users to effortlessly navigate and access the software's features. Our continuous efforts in optimizing the launcher ensure that users can enjoy a smooth and efficient workflow, ultimately improving their overall satisfaction with the software and boosting user retention and conversion rates.
The Original Launcher
In our quest to foster greater user engagement and improve the overall user experience, we conducted a thorough evaluation of the launcher, comparing it to our competitors. This evaluation revealed a noticeable lack of user interaction. As a result, we made the strategic decision to optimize the launcher's user interface and incorporate our own social media platform. Additionally, PowerDirector will be updated in conjunction with these changes to maintain consistency across the entire Director family.
